SHREVEPORT, La. (AP) — A chain-reaction wreck has killed three people and injured three others in northwest Louisiana’s largest city. Shreveport police tell local news outlets that a truck lost a tire on Interstate 20 around 2 a.m. Saturday. A car then hit the truck, causing the truck to cross two lanes of traffic into the path of five motorcyclists. Four of the motorcycles then wrecked. Two of the motorcyclists died before they could be taken to a hospital, as well as a passenger in the car. The car’s driver and passenger and a third motorcyclist were taken to local hospitals and were in critical condition.
